The century old villages, still retain their true essence. The older medieval and Iberian villages are truly exceptional, being quiet, vehicle free havens where everyone knows one another. Children are let loose to play in the streets as they have for years.

If you are a beach lover, as I am, then perhaps one of the striking homes overlooking the beautiful Catalan coastline would be for you. And, believe it or not, there are still affordable properties located directly on the beach.

Quaint fishing-villages like Calle de Palafrugell, Llafranc or Tamariu are scattered up and down the coastline. Each offering something special and unique.

There are striking new homes as well as the older family homes. Fortunately, you will very rarely, if ever, find tract homes here.
